Rights and Ownership
Under copyright law, The Ford Company reserves all rights and ownership to all visual content. Any payments that are received and usage of images produced by The Ford Company must be approved and payment may be required. All provided images, pictures, visual content, graphics, etc.. MUST be used for the intended purpose. Should you need to use our creations/art for any other purpose, it must be approved. Clients may purchase exclusive rights if desired.
Complimentary Social Media Pages
Complimentary social media pages are to be used for the purpose of marketing ONLY. The pros of using this complimentary service are that we assist with marketing, promotion, and customer service. E-commerce social media pages are created differently. This will be discussed during phone consultation.
Risk and Accident
The Ford Company is not liable or responsible for any accidents, damages, sickness, dismemberment, injuries, death, or any unfortunate event that may occur during any of our services. Clients are aware that they book and participate, receive, at their own will.
Communication
The Ford Company will no longer be using Facebook Messenger as a form of communication. All correspondence should be sent via email, text, or phone. Please note that The Ford Company will reply to voicemails, emails, and text inquiries within 48 hours. In the event of a high priority matter or if you need immediate assistance please call before using any other method.
Communication Etiquette
The Ford Company strives to remain professional and respectful when providing our clients with quality customer service. When submitting an inquiry, be mindful of the tone in which you use. The Ford Company will not respond to rhetorical and belligerent inquiries. TFC will not respond to any hostile, unprofessional, or demanding correspondence.
Payments
All payments are due before service. Deposits are due at time of booking. Late fee of $25 will be applied. Payments may be made via the custom payment link provided with invoice. The Ford Company does not accept Cashapp, Zelle, cash payments, or any method other than payment link or business site.
Late Payments
Failing to process payment when due will result in a late fee of $25 for each day. After three days, services will be cancelled and indefinitely terminated. Services may be reinstated at the discretion of The Ford Company and $25 reinstatement fee.
Refunds
The Ford Company DOES NOT provide refunds. In the case of an emergency, it is at the discretion of TFC to refund client.
Booking
Depending on desired service, you may book via phone or business site.
Makeup and Photography booking should be completed via jessicafordbeauty.com.
For E-Commerce and Marketing Photography Clients, booking will be available on The Ford Company’s website. Please be sure to create your account before processing payments.
Rescheduling and Cancellations, and No-Shows
All appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment. Failing to do so will result in a $50 fee and indefinite termination of services. Reinstatement is at the discretion of The Ford Company. No-Shows for appointments or failing to pay deposit after consultation automatically result in indefinite termination of services and result in $50 inconvenience fee.
Turnaround Times
Please note that turnaround times may vary. Express options are available for an additional $100 priority fee.
Service Turnarounds
Though we try our best to provide our clients with their visuals and services as soon as possible, basic service turnaround is standard 10-14 Business Days.
Web Designs and Full Business Rollouts turnaround timeframes vary and are contingent upon the dates that are discussed during the initial consultation.
Photography turnaround timeframe starts the day after the photos are selected for edits. Editor does not start on edits the day of shoot. Please note that turnaround times do not include weekends. However express turnaround options are available for $100 priority fee.

Marketing and Printing Services
All products such as banners, business cards, flyers, marketing material etc. will be printed or ordered by The Ford Company. We DO NOT provide “design only” services unless discussed and approved.
Shipping
All orders that are shipped directly from our office will be shipped USPS ONLY and should arrive within 7 business days after it is ordered. All orders shipped from our third-party printers may be shipped differently. However, you will be notified of the shipping method/timeframe and provided with the tracking contact number of the third-party company should you have any questions. Occasionally, there may be a delay in shipment arrival dates due to the holiday season. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. Express shipping is available. The Ford Company is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Termination of Services
The Ford Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time should client become a nuisance, rude, intolerable, etc. Failing to abide by the standard policy and procedures or client contract will result in termination of services. NO REFUNDS will be given at time of termination.
